ABERDEEN, S.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A single engine plane has been reported missing after it failed to arrive at the Oakes airport.

Brown County Emergency Manager Scott Meints reports that the single engine Cessna departed from Aberdeen between 10 and 10:30 PM enroute to Oakes.

“The plane was occupied by one pilot and no passengers,” Meints reports. “The plane never arrived at the Oakes airport.”
