Rep. Glenn Thompson of Pennsylvania is the Vice Chairman of the House Ag Committee and chair of the subcommittee on Nutrition.  He also wants to maintain Farm Program and the Nutrition Program of the Farm Bill as cohesive legislation and explains why separating them is a bad idea.
