TONIGHT: MOSTLY CLOUDY WITH STEADILY RISING TEMPS TO 25 TO 28 BY MORNING.  WIND CONTINUES SOUTHEAST 15 TO 25 MPH.  AREAS OF SNOW MIXED WITH FREEZING RAIN POSSIBLE.
 
TUESDAY:  CLOUDY WITH MIXED PRECIP IN THE MORNING, MOSTLY FREEZING RAIN, CHANGING TO SNOW, CONTINUING UNTIL NOON.  WIND: SOUTHEAST TO NORTHWEST BY MID DAY, INCREASING TO 20 TO 35 MPH.  AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW.
