          WINTER STORM WATCH FOR THE NORTHEAST HALF OF NORTH DAKOTA AND NORTHERN MINNESOTA
           HIGH WIND WATCH ACROSS THE REST OF THE DAKOTAS, SOUTH TO KANSAS AND WEST TO THE PACIFIC OCEAN
 
TODAY:  PARTLY SUNNY TO MOSTLY CLOUDY, BREEZY AND MILD. ANOTHER DAY OF MELTING.  HIGH: UPPER 30S.  WIND: SOUTH/SOUTHEAST INCREASING TO 20 TO 30 MPH.
 
TONIGHT:  CLOUDY WITH RAIN OVERNIGHT, CHANGING TO SNOW.  SOME FREEZING RAIN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA AND NORTHERN MINNESOTA.  WIND TURNS TO THE NORTHWEST.  FALLING TEMPERATURES.  WIND: NORTHWEST 35 TO 55 MPH, WITH HIGHER GUSTS.  VERY LITTLE NEW SNOW, BUT SIGNIFICANT BLOWING SNOW.
 
TOMORROW:  VERY WINDY WITH BLOWING SNOW, VERY POOR RURAL TRAVEL AND REDUCED VISIBILITY.  FALLING TEMPERATURES CONTINUE TO ZERO TO 5 BELOW BY EVENING.  WIND CHILLS 20S AND 30S BELOW.  WIND: 30 TO 45 MPH, GUSTING TO 55 MPH.
 
TOMORROW NIGHT:  SNOWFALL ENDING, BUT TRAVEL ISSUES CONTINUE INTO EARLY FRIDAY.  VERY COLD WITH COLD WIND CHILLS.  LOW NEAR 15 BELOW.  WIND CHILLS IN THE 30S TO 40S BELOW WITH A NORTHWEST WIND 20 TO 35 MPH. 
 
FRIDAY: BLOWING SNOW, AS THE WIND CONTINUES 20 TO 35 MPH, BUT SWITCHES TO THE SOUTH. HIGH: IN THE 20S.  COLD WIND CHILLS
 
SATURDAY & SUNDAY:  MOSTLY SUNNY AND COOL.  HIGHS IN THE TEENS, LOWS SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE AND BELOW ZERO.
