TODAY:  INCREASING CLOUDS, NOT MUCH WIND, TURNING TO THE NORTH AT ABOUT 10 TO 15 MPH.  HIGH: 10 TO 15 DEGREES.  LIGHT SNOW SOUTHERN AREAS MID TO LATE AFTERNOON.
 
TONIGHT:  SNOW.  1 TO 3 INCHES SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 200, 2 TO 4 INCHES ALONG AND SOUTH OF I-94,  MORE ALONG THE NORTH DAKOTA/SOUTH DAKOTA BORDER SOUTHWARD.  LOW: NEAR 5 ABOVE.  WIND: NORTH 10 TO 20 MPH
 
TOMORROW:  SNOW IN THE MORNING, ENDING ACROSS THE DAKOTAS BUT CONTINUING ACROSS CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN MINNESOTA.  NEARLY STEADY TEMPS OF 10 DEGREES.  WIND: NORTH 10 TO 20 MPH
 
SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY NEXT WEEK:  SUNNY AND COLD.  SUNDAY AND MONDAY MORNING LOWS 10 TO 15 BELOW, THEN ABOUT 20 TO 25 BELOW TUESDAY THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING  HIGHS: ZERO TO 5 ABOVE.
