TODAY:  MOSTLY TO PARTLY SUNNY AND COLD AGAIN, SUBZERO HIGHS AGAIN TODAY.  WIND: VARIABLE AND LIGHT, BUT WIND CHILLS NEAR OR IN THE 20S BELOW ALL DAY.
TONIGHT:  INCREASING CLOUDS, WIND TURNING SOUTHERLY, RISING TEMPS AFTER MIDNIGHT.  WEDNESDAY MORNING TEMPS NEAR 5 TO 10 ABOVE.  WIND: SOUTH 5 TO 15, GUSTING TO 25 MPH.
TOMORROW:  MOSTLY TO PARTLY SUNNY, WINDY WITH BLOWING SNOW AND CHILLY CONDITIONS.  HIGH: 30 TO 35.  THE WIND: SOUTHERLY 20 TO 30, GUSTING HIGHER.
THURSDAY:  MOSTLY TO PARTLY SUNNY AND PLEASANT.  LOW: 20.  HIGH: 33.  WIND: LIGHT WEST NORTHWEST IN THE MORNING, TURNING SOUTHERLY IN THE AFTERNOON, GUSTING TO 20 AND 25 MPH.
