                       HIGH WIND WATCH FOR THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING ALONG AND WEST OF HIGHWAY 281 IN BOTH NORTH AND SOUTH DAKOTA, AND SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA AND SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA.
 
TODAY:  PARTLY SUNNY, COOL.  HIGH: LOW 30S.  WIND: NORTHEAST TO NORTH 5 TO 10 MPH
 
TONIGHT: PARTLY CLOUDY AND COOL, LOW: 15 TO 20.  WIND: LIGHT NORTHERLY, TURNING TO THE SOUTH.
 
TOMORROW: BECOMING CLOUDY AND BREEZY.  WIND: SOUTHEAST 10 TO 25 MPH.  HIGH: NEAR 40.  RAIN BEGINS MID DAY TO MID AFTERNOON.  WIND SWITCH TO THE NORTHWEST, AS THE TEMPERATURE FALLS, RAIN CHANGING TO SNOW AND THE WIND INCREASING TO 45, GUSTING TO 55 MPH.  NEAR BLIZZARD CONDITIONS TOMORROW EVENING.
 
FRIDAY:  MORNING LOW 15 TO 20, CONTINUED WIND INTO MID DAY, BLUSTERY, NORTHWEST WIND GUSTING TO 30, DIMINISHING IN THE AFTERNOON.
 
FRIDAY NIGHT:  SNOW AND COOL.  LOW: 10 TO 15.
 
SATURDAY: FROM MID DAY TO SUNDAY MORNING, PERIODS OF SNOW AND WIND.  MEASURABLE SNOW.  WINDS GUSTING OVER 35 TO 45 MPH.
 
SUNDAY: SNOW AND WIND IN THE MORNING, PARTLY CLOUDY, WIND DIMINISHING IN THE AFTERNOON.  HIGH: 20S,  WIND: NORTH/NORTHWEST.
