Valley City, Carrington and LaMoure-Litchville/Marion all continue to have girls teams ranked.  The latest North Dakota Associated Press Sportscasters & Sportswriters Association Class A & B basketball polls were released Wednesday.

Valley City is again third in the Class A girls poll and Carrington is fifth, also for the second straight week.

LaMoure-Litchville/Marion is fourth among Class B girls for the third straight week.  The Loboes are set to face Benson County in a battle of ranked teams on Saturday in Jamestown.

The New Rockford-Sheyenne boys fell out of the top five among Class B boys after a loss last week.

Top teams include South Prairie-Max, who leads Class A girls for the sixth week in succession.  Four Winds-Minnewaukan is again the top team for Class A boys.

Benson County, who had been number one in the Class B girls poll all season, was upset this past week, so Flasher takes over the top spot.  Central McLean remains at the top of the Class B boys poll.
