          WINTER STORM WATCH FOR EASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA, EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA AND THE WESTERN THIRD OF MINNESOTA  TONIGHT THROUGH TOMORROW
          HIGH WIND WATCH FOR EAST CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA TONIGHT THROUGH TOMORROW EVENING
 
TODAY:  PARTLY SUNNY AND BREEZY BUT MILD.   HIGHS: NEAR 70 SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA AND WESTERN MINNESOTA, 50S FOR NORTH CENTRAL AND EAST CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA.  WIND: SOUTHEAST 10 TO 25 MPH.
 
TONIGHT:  RAIN BEGINS IN THE EVENING, CONTINUING THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT WITH LITTLE IF ANY PRECIP WEST OF HIGHWAY 281, A HALF INCH OR MORE FOR NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA, SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA AND WESTERN MINNESOTA, THE RAIN WILL CHANGE TO SLEET AND FREEZING PRECIP, THEN SNOW.
 
TOMORROW:  SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW IN THE EASTERN PART OF THE DAKOTAS AND WESTERN MINNESOTA.  MORNING LOWS IN THE 20S, HIGH: UPPER 20S.  WIND: NORTH/NORTHWEST GUSTING TO 40+ MPH.  
 
TOMORROW NIGHT:  WIND DIMINISHING SLOWLY.  LOW NEAR 10 ABOVE.  WIND: NORTHWEST 10 TO 25 MPH.
 
SUNDAY: SUNNY AND COLD.  HIGH: 25 TO 30.  WIND: NORTHWEST 10 TO 25 MPH.
 
MONDAY: SUNNY AND LESS COLD,  HIGH IN THE 30S.
 
TUESDAY:  CHANCE OF LIGHT SNOW.  HIGH IN THE 30S.
 
WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY: PARTLY CLOUDY,  HIGH IN THE 30S TO LOW 40S.
 
NEXT WEEKEND:  HIGHS NEAR 50.
