           COLD WEATHER ADVISORY SURROUNDING THE WARNING FOR ALL OF THE UPPER MIDWEST
 
TODAY, TOMORROW AND THURSDAY:  SUNNY AND COLD WITH EXTREMELY COLD WIND CHILLS IN THE 30S AND 40S BELOW.  DAYTIME HIGHS: NEAR ZERO.  MORNING LOWS 20 TO 25 BELOW ZERO.  WIND: MOSTLY WEST/NORTHWEST 5 TO 20 MPH.
 
THURSDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY:  INCREASING CLOUDS WITH A WIND TURNING TO THE SOUTH/SOUTHWEST.  LOWS: 10 BELOW.  HIGH: 5 TO 10 ABOVE.  SNOW LIKELY FRIDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH EARLY SATURDAY. 
 
SATURDAY:  MOSTLY TO PARTLY SUNNY AND BREEZY WITH BLUSTERY CONDITIONS AND COLD WIND CHILLS.  HIGH: NEAR ZERO TO 5 ABOVE.  LOWS: TEENS BELOW.
 
SUNDAY INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK:  CONTINUED COLD WITH VERY LITTLE SNOWFALL IF ANY.  LOWS: TEENS AND 20S BELOW.  HIGHS: ZERO TO 10 ABOVE.
