TONIGHT:  AREAS OF SOME FOG, OTHERWISE MOSTLY CLOUDY AND NOTICEABLY COOLER.  LOW IN THE LOW TEENS.  WIND CONTINUES OUT OF THE NORTH/NORTHWEST 10 TO 20, GUSTING TO 25 MPH.
