Congratulations to Sydney Franklin, Tanaya Leifson, and Brandon Breckheimer for participating in a Goodwill event held at Fargo Shanley this past Saturday, April 20th. This was the first ‘high school’ event where the players represented the VC Hi-Liners and placed first in the team standings. The event was video-taped and will be sent to USA Taekwondo to try and make Taekwondo a varsity letter sport. Master Randy Waitman from Williston, N.D., was the head of the event. He brought in five referees in which all where USAT refs and three were also International referee certified.
