TODAY:  CLOUDY AND MILD THIS MORNING.  WINDY OUT OF THE NORTHWEST 15 TO 35 MPH UNTIL MID AFTERNOON.  THEN DECREASING CLOUDS AND FALLING TEMPERATURES.   DOWN TO 15 TO 25 BY LATE AFTERNOON, BUT MOSTLY SUNNY.
TONIGHT:  INCREASING CLOUDS.  WIND TURNING SOUTHEAST 5 TO 15.
TUESDAY:  MORNING TEMPS IN THE TEENS, ANOTHER MILD DAY WITH HIGHS IN THE 30S UNDER A PARTLY SUNNY SKY.
TUESDAY NIGHT & WEDNESDAY:  SNOW, NOT SIGNIFICANT.   WIND: VERY STRONG, GUSTING 35 TO 50 MPH CREATING BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW, SLIPPERY CONDITIONS AND VERY POOR TRAVEL CONDITIONS.  WEDNESDAY TEMPERATURE NEAR 15 ABOVE, WIND CHILLS NEAR 15 BELOW.
THURSDAY, CHRISTMAS EVE:  MOSTLY SUNNY AND COLD.   MORNING LOW 5 TO 10 BELOW.  HIGH: NEAR ZERO.  WIND: NORTH/NORTHWEST 10 TO 20 MPH.
