TODAY:  PARTLY SUNNY FOR A WHILE, THEN INCREASING CLOUDS AND A SOUTH WIND 10 TO 25 MPH.  HIGH MID TO UPPER 80S.  STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR WIND, HAIL AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS LATE AFTERNOON, EVENING AND INTO THE OVERNIGHT.
